1.Returns and Refund Policy

You have the right to return (any/all) the products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a replacement.

Buff Betty does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

“Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund.”

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
